I had a fantastic stay here, mainly because of the exceptional staff. When there was an issue with my room allocation, they went above and beyond to make it right. They apologized and offered a discount for the first night, and on the second night, I was given the room I had originally booked. The hotel itself was quite good as well.

The location was great, just a short walk away from many popular attractions. The room upgrade we received for our romantic escape was cozy and well-decorated. The staff was extremely apologetic and accommodating when we were assigned the wrong room at first.
It was frustrating that we had to dispute the room assignment, but the staff did their best to make up for it. The room we originally received was extremely small and cramped, which put a bit of a damper on our romantic getaway.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They offered a discount for the smaller room and upgraded me to the room I had initially booked. Bravo to the staff for their excellent customer service. The hotel itself is quite good.

They apologized for the mistake and even offered me a discount for the first night. On the second night, they made sure I got the room I had originally paid for. It was definitely a great example of excellent customer service. Another positive aspect of the hotel was its prime location. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easy for me to explore all the tourist attractions and landmarks. I didn't have to go far to experience the vibrant energy of the city.
Disliked aspects: One downside was the initial mix-up with the room allocation. It was quite frustrating to arrive and realize that I had been given the wrong room.
